DJ, a two and a half-year-old European-bred Doberman hailing from Hungary, is in search of a foster or forever home that can match his charm and warmth. Known for his affable nature, DJ is a loyal canine friend who radiates love and companionship. Equipped with a real doggy passport, this well-traveled pup is ready to embark on a new chapter of his life. Surrendered due to conflicts with other male canines in his previous home, DJ has proven to be adaptable, coexisting harmoniously in a multiple-dog household, albeit with a preference for female playmates. We are seeking a home with no male canines only!

DJ's playful demeanor and love for car rides make him an absolute joy to be around. His sweet and gentle interactions with adult humans reveal a desire to form deep connections, and he craves adult attention and companionship. Neutered and fully vaccinated, DJ is not only physically prepared for his forever home but emotionally ready to shower love on his new family.

We are seeking an experienced Doberman home without children or other male canines, as DJ thrives in an environment that aligns with his preferences. However, he absolutely loves the company of female canine playmates, making him an ideal companion for households with existing female dogs.

With sleek European Doberman features, a well-defined physique, and soulful eyes, DJ exudes regality and charm. All potential adopters must fill out  the adoption application. Please read our adoption policies page in its entirety before filling out application-failure to do so may delay the adoption process. Please answer all questions on the application, failure to do so may result in your application being denied. We do not adopt on a first come first serve basis but what is the best fit for our dogs.  We do give preference to homes with fenced yards. Puppies must live in homes with fenced yards. Those with no fencing must have a plan in place for daily activity and bathroom breaks for adult dogs. With the exception of Meet and Greets, y ou will not be able to meet our adoptable animals until the adoption application is submitted online and the home visit is completed. We will not place adult rescue dogs in homes with young children under 6 years old, with the exception of puppies 6 months and under, we will adopt to families with children under 6 years old, but a fenced yard is mandatory. Our dogs must live indoors with their humans and never left outdoors alone or in a kennel or yard unattended. You must be willing to use a crate and sign up for formal obedience classes. You must be 21 and own your home. We will not adopt outside of the USA. We will not ship our dogs. We will not adopt to anyone charged or convicted of animal abuse, child abuse, any type of felony.
