Adoption pending! Warning!!! I am a water dog!!!! I LOVE the lake, pools, hoses, if its wet I love it!!! Zeus is a 2 year old red male Doberman who is very easy going and happy. Did we mention he LOVES water?? Zeus loves playing with other dogs, he loves CATS, loves going for car rides and loves playing in the water. Zeus is a great swimmer and would LOVE to live on a lake. Zeus was an owner surrender and while they loved him a lot, they just did not have time for him anymore. He lived with an older male Pit bull, his life long buddy who had recently passed away, leaving an empty world for Zeus. Zeus has been found to be hypothyroid and is a bit overweight. He will need to be on a daily, low cost medication for the rest of his life, and to keep him healthy he will need to loose about 20 pounds. We have begin working on the needed weight lose by going for lots of walks, doggy daycare ventures, and of course his favorite, water play time. Zeus is a very sweet guy who just wants to be loved and have a person who has time to see that all his need are met, including making sure he is not getting super-sized. Zeus will need a fenced yard, an active family and he would prefer another canine companion to play with. If you can fill the bill for sweet Zeus, please apply to adopt this handsome guy! Zeus is fully vetted and ready to find his forever home!
