Learn more about the Doberman Pinscher.
Aliza is one year old, very tiny and petite girl weighing all of 42 pounds. She was found as a stray with another female Doberman. She is very timid and shy, but eager for attention once she learns to trust the person who is with her. She would not be a good fit for home with young children as fast movements and loud noises scare her. Aliza does not know how to play with toys but is very interested in them. Maybe one day she will enjoy them. She does love food and treats so training will be easy once she learns to trust her human. Aliza was very gentle with cats, baby puppies and chickens alike. Aliza loves the company of other dogs so a home with a fenced yard, no young children and other confident canines would be ideal for her. She is timid and shy around humans and will need a master who can work with her shyness. Aliza came into rescue with another female Doberman and lived outdoors with little human contact, other then to get fed every now and then, most of her short life. Aliza is fully vetted, spayed, chipped and current on vaccines. Please read our adoption policy and apply if you are interested in adopting her and having a loyal true friend for the rest of her life.
