Dover needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
Dover was found as a stray and never claimed by his owners. He is a young guy maybe 1.5 years old, very large and strong in body and mind. Dover is a very confident Doberman who will need a very confident leader and master. As most Dobermans, Dover needs a job and way to release his energy. He is very treat motivated so training should be easy. He does know sit and down. We are getting to learn his behavior better. He is good with female dogs, does not react to cats or small dogs, and seems to like all humans he has come in contact with. Dover does play rough so will need an equally rough player for his play style! Dover is neutered, fully vaccinated and micro-chipped. Dover will need an active, breed experienced family willing to take the time to train him to be the best Doberman ever. Dover we are finding just wants to be loved and receive attention from a human. He is thriving on human love!!! Please apply if interested in adopting, or even fostering, this very handsome teenage Doberman! Should you choose to foster, UDR supplies all food, some supplies and pays for all needed vet care, you supply the structure, love and leadership until he finds his forever home. If interested in adopting, please fill out the application to adopt! Dover will need a fence and Doberman experienced owner, no exceptions due to humans failing him in his past life! Dover is not for the first time Doberman owner!
